Kitty Keller Whataburger Cloisonne Nutcracker Ornament

A Whataburger keepsake made to be treasured for generations. This handcrafted Whataburger Nutcracker Ornament by Texas-based artist Kitty Keller turns a holiday favorite into a truly special work of art.

Each cloisonné ornament is individually crafted by highly trained artisans through an intricate, multi-step process. Copper molds and delicate filaments form the design before rich enamel paste is carefully applied and kiln-fired at 1500°. The ornament is then hand-molded, painted, buffed and polished before receiving the finishing touch: 24-karat gold accents.

Because so much of the process is done by hand, no two ornaments are exactly alike. And unlike traditional glass ornaments, its copper construction won't shatter, making this an heirloom-quality piece designed to bring a little Whataburger spirit to the tree for years to come.
